Tata Motors | The auto major said its restructuring scheme involving TML Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMLCV) and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd (TMPV) took effect on October 1, 2025, after approval from the NCLT Mumbai Bench. The company has set October 14, 2025, as the record date for shareholders to receive one TMLCV share (₹2 face value) for every Tata Motors share held. The plan demerges Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle business into TMLCV and merges TMPV with Tata Motors.
