Vodafone Idea | The telecom company’s Q1 FY26 net loss of ₹6,608 crore, narrowing from ₹7,166 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue rose 5% YoY to ₹11,022.5 crore, while ARPU grew 15% to ₹177.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd | The drugmaker firm’s Q1 FY26 net profit fell 86.2% YoY to ₹46.8 crore, while revenue inched up 0.6% to ₹3,264 crore. EBITDA slipped 1.4% to ₹580 crore, with margins easing to 17.7%.
J K Cement Ltd | The company has approved a ₹4,805 crore greenfield project with a 7 MTPA capacity in Rajasthan and Punjab. The company also announced that CS Shambhu Singh will retire on October 31, 2025.
Vedanta Ltd | PM Narendra Modi on Friday (August 15) said India’s first indigenous semiconductor chip will be ready by year-end, a move aimed at cutting import reliance and bringing down costs in electronics, automotive, mobile, and defence industries.
KEC International Ltd | The infrastructure firm announced fresh orders worth ₹1,402 crore across segments. The wins include a 765 kV transmission line project in India, supply orders in the Americas, a repeat civil order for a high-rise project in North India, and multiple cable and conductor contracts for domestic and overseas markets.
Hindustan Copper Ltd | PM Narendra Modi stated that exploration for critical minerals is underway at over 1,200 sites, with a National Exploration Mission planned. The Lok Sabha recently passed the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2025, aimed at boosting critical mineral supply and state revenues.
Larsen and Toubro Ltd | India plans to boost nuclear power generation capacity more than tenfold over the next 20 years, with work already underway on 10 new reactors, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his Independence Day address. He added that the government will introduce major reforms in the nuclear sector, opening it up for private participation through amendments to the Atomic Energy Act and the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act.
Inox Wind Ltd | The company posted its highest-ever quarterly net profit in Q1FY26, surging 134% YoY to ₹97.3 crore despite a ₹40 crore deferred tax charge. Revenue rose 29.2% to ₹826.3 crore, with profit before tax up 167% YoY to ₹138 crore.
IIFL Finance | The company said Monu Ratra, CEO of its subsidiary IIFL Home Finance, has resigned effective October 6, 2025. He submitted his resignation on August 14, 2025.
