Developers with only four to five years of experience are eligible for the position. Candidates only need to provide a 100-word introduction and links to their greatest work to the company’s email address to be considered for the position.
The role offers a base salary of 60 LPA plus and an additional 40 LPA for company ownership benefits, as per Kamath’s job posting.
He declares that candidates must be available at the office five days a week, which is also ‘slightly’ flexible.
Smallest.ai is seeking a dedicated builder with experience scaling systems from zero to high-traffic situations. Candidates must be familiar with Next JS, Python, and React JS and have at least 4 to 5 years of experience, the post reads.

“Experience working with systems scaling systems from 0 to 100 will add a ton of bonus points,” the post read.
“You need to be a hands-on developer as well. This is not a ‘managerial’ position,” Kamath added as he concluded the post with the application process.
