Indian Institute of Technology Delhi | IIT Delhi is another premier institution for BTech, consistently ranked among the top engineering colleges. For Indian nationals, PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) and OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) cardholders at IIT Delhi, the total fees range from ₹22,400 to ₹1,22,400. General/OBC students with an income above ₹5 lakh pay ₹1,00,000 tuition fee annually, while those with lower income or SC/ST/PD categories get concessions. A one-time payment of ₹8,150 and a refundable caution deposit of ₹8,000 apply.
Indian Institute of Technology Bombay | IIT Bombay is widely regarded as a premier institution for B.Tech in India, consistently ranking among the top three engineering colleges alongside IIT Madras and IIT Delhi. The B.Tech fees at IIT Bombay are around ₹1,07,750 per semester for Indian Nationals, PIO, and OCI cardholders, covering tuition, medical, examination, and other charges.
