
Net profit declined 12.6% year-on-year to ₹101 crore, down from ₹116 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue was nearly flat, inching up 1.2% to ₹367.4 crore from ₹363 crore in Q4 FY24.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) fell 5.3% to ₹165.7 crore, while margins contracted to 45% from 48% a year ago, reflecting a dip in operating efficiency.

Following the results, Vedant Fashions shares dropped intraday to a low of ₹749 — a 5.2% fall from Friday’s close of ₹790.15. At 1:52 PM, the stock was trading at ₹757, down 4.2%.
The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹8 per equity share of face value ₹1 for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
