
According to the company’s stock exchange filing, the contract will involve phased delivery—270 MW in 2025 and the remaining 270 MW during 2027–2028. The order was finalised on June 27 and falls under a one-time international supply arrangement.
This adds to a series of international wins for Waaree. In recent weeks, the company secured multiple large orders in the US, including a 586 MW and a 599 MW module supply deal. It also plans to double its manufacturing capacity at its Brookshire, Texas facility to 3.2 GW by the end of 2025.

Earlier last week, Waaree had also reaffirmed its compliance with US trade norms, including Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) regulations, and stated it holds an order book of 25 GW through 2027.
