
Operation Sindoor has resulted in the deaths of at least 17 terrorists and injuries to 60 others, sources told News18. The strikes targeted key terror infrastructure across Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Pakistan, with precision hits reported in areas including Kotli, Ahmadpur Sharqia, Muzaffarabad, Muridke, and Faisalabad.
In reaction, Pakistan has put all flights on ground put on hold while all inbound flights have been diverted to Karachi. The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, has called a meeting of the National Security Committee at 10 am. “A resolute response is already underway,” he added in a post on X, the social media platform formerly called Twitter.
After the strike from India, Pakistan Army resorted to arbitrary firing including Artillery shelling from posts across the Line of Control and the international in Jammu and Kashmir. Three innocent civilians lost their lives in indiscriminate firing and shelling.
Indian Army are responding in proportionate manner.
