
Located in a fast-developing area with strong connectivity to IT hubs, industrial zones, and upcoming infrastructure projects, the land is slated for a large-scale mixed-use development. The planned project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,200 crore.
The development is expected to span 4.2 million square feet and will include residential, commercial, and retail components. Brigade Group aims to position this as a marquee project in East Bengaluru’s expanding urban footprint.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited ended at ₹1,100.00, down by ₹10.65, or 0.96%, on the BSE.
